Our Service Department maintain a portfolio of over 3000 lifts, including Passenger, Goods, Service, Stair lifts, Platforms and Hoists, and have a service contract to suit the needs of every client, including fully comprehensive, standard and everything in between.
Our dedicated in-house callout centre are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist with any lift related matters, and have a team of Service and Callout engineers in the field at all times ready to respond to any emergency callouts.
Our Team of Service and Callout Engineers are qualified to NVQ Level 3 as a minimum and our team of Technicians are qualified to NVQ Level 4. All of our engineers are directly employed by us, which ensures we achieve the high level of standard that we expect across our services.
Our committed Service Management Team are ready to assist at any time, whether it be existing clients or new and prospective clients.
