We have been working for Tower Hamlets Homes for 5 years, carrying out Lift Maintenance, Planned and Responsive Repairs under a standard contract.

During our 5 year contract with THH we have actively reduced their number of callouts dramatically by employing a Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule.

We are hoping to renew our contract with THH for a further 5 years.

South Essex Homes

We have been carrying out Maintenance and Repairs for SEH for 2 years, ensuring their portfolio of Housing, Offices and Sheltered accommodation fall within compliance every month. We regularly achieve over 99% on our monthly KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).

Queen Mary University

Our work with Queen Mary University began in 2015, maintaining their important portfolio under a fully comprehensive contract. Understanding the strict requirements for availability of lifts on this contract, has pushed us to be the best we can be in regards to ‘First-time fixes’.
